This morning, I read Exodus chapter 4 that tells about Moses and the burning bush. God tells Moses to throw down his trusty staff and it turns into a serpent.
Moses freaks. God tells him to pick it up by the tail. Moses obeys and the staff replaced the serpent in his hand.
I thought Wow! How could Moses or why would Moses ever doubt?
I mean.. he is already seen a bush on fire that doesn’t burn, he hears a Voice from out of no where, and now the staff and serpent?
Truth is, though, that GOD has done those kinds of things for me! So why do I doubt? All I have to do is think!
Miracles, rescues, and restorations that seemed impossible at one point occurred leaving me speechless at times.
All I need to do is THINK!
If I let Jesus be the LORD of my imagination, He recalls to my mind the times He showed up to do the thing that only HE could do in the first place.
Today…think on the ways He rescued in the past. Think of the times He showed up when all hope was gone.
